We didn’t create Neoterric because the world needed another pet health company. We created it because the world needed a new standard. A promise. A revolution in how we care for the animals who give us everything.

We created Neoterric because “good enough” never was.

Together, we’ve spent decades in the trenches. One of us was in the exam room, fighting for patients who couldn’t speak, but whose eyes told us everything we needed to know. Two of us spent years in the research lab. One was  immersed in wound healing, metabolism, nutrition, integrative oncology, and metabolic therapies; turning cutting-edge science into actionable solutions. The other was decoding genetic disorders, metabolism, nutrition, cancer, and inflammation; bridging hard science with tangible, life-changing wellness solutions for pets.  

We’ve both spent decades in the trenches, one of us in a research lab decoding metabolism, inflammation, and healing at the cellular level; the other in the exam room, fighting for patients who couldn’t speak, but whose eyes told us everything we needed to know.

We’ve seen what passes for “wellness” in pet health.
We’ve read the fine print. We’ve seen the shortcuts.
And we knew: we could do better. We had to do better.

One of us is a veterinarian. Two of us are research scientists.  But before anything else, we are animal people. The kind who rearrange their lives for animals. The kind who believe the love we get from animals deserves to be honored with real answers, real science, and real care.

Our paths crossed years ago, united by a shared passion for transforming the outcomes for pets battling cancer. Together, we’ve designed more ketogenic and metabolically therapeutic diets for dogs than anyone else on the planet. We work where conventional medicine and integrative therapies converge, where scientific rigor meets natural wisdom, and healing means more than just symptom management.

And then, in a moment the universe clearly orchestrated, two of us ran into each other in an airport neither of us were meant to be.

That was the sign; And we listened.

By mid 2024, Neoterric was born. A company forged from science, fate, and the unshakable belief that pets deserve the same level of care, quality, and respect we demand for ourselves. By early 2025, in yet another serendipitous moment, we were able to bring Dr. Sara Moss on board; bringing her brilliance, drive, and shared vision to help us get off the ground and make us whole.
